LOCATION
FORUM BUILDING
An aging downtown Eugene office facility, the Forum building was in need of thoughtful interventions to improve entry and circulation, as well as to give the dated structure a contemporary character. For this project we designed a day lit atrium with a new steel and glass facade, constructed new entries and added to ground level circulation areas, remodeled the elevator, and repaired leaking bay windows.

ORIENTATION
We also remodeled the third floor offices of Luvaas Cobb Attorneys at Law. Their new offices required a clear spatial organization, efficient storage, and restrained detailing, as well as a rich, responsive natural and artificial lighting ambiance. Our solution changed a dated interior into a light-filled and spatially eventful work place, one with an atmosphere appropriate to a firm with a long and distinguished history in Eugene
